1 ESBB / ISBER Member:

2 Patient organisation representative, regulatory body:
During their registration, patient organisation representative should upload a letter from their organisation that proves their working status for it and explaining their activities

3 Student registration:
To be eligible for this rate, attach copy of student card or letter from program director/supervisor

4 Delegate from low- and middle-income country:
During their registration, delegates from low-income countries should upload a working ID or a certificate from their employer attesting that they work in a low-income country. Consult the list of World Data Bank of the low- and middle-income countries here:

5 One day Pass:
One day pass is valid for one day only. You can select the day during the online registration. Please note that it is not possible to make two registrations in this category, for two different days. If you want to participate to conferences on two days, please select the regular registration, valid for the whole congress.

Two day Pass:
Two day pass is valid for two days only. You can select the days during the online registration. 

Exhibit Hall Pass:
As a vendor, you will receive an email with a link to order badges for your collaborators. Here you will be able to use your free badges (included in your package) and also to buy additional badges.
Your interface to order your badges will be available until September 1, 2017.


Invitation letter: If you need a special invitation letter for your visa, please first complete your meeting registration and you will receive a link to the invitation letter within the registration confirmation email. 


Payment by credit card only: Credit card payment using the online payment system (Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron accepted)


Group registration:
You need to register 10 delegates (or more) at once and need a global invoice?
Step 1: Update the guide here:
Step 2: Fill in the group order form online before August 25
Step 3: Send us your participant details in Excel form before September 1st
Step 4: As soon as your invoice has been paid, your participants receive a registration confirmation by email with their access badge.

Advantages of group registration:

2) You don’t have to fill in many registration forms
3) You can make name changes for free until September 1st

  • Until July 15th: Reimbursement of the 50% of the amount you paid. If we have not received any payment before the cancellation, the amount will still remain due.
  • After July 15th: No refund. If we have not received any payment before the cancellation, the entire amount will remain due. All refunds will be issued after the congress.

Name change: Registered participant who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant in their stead. Please note that name changes constitute a cancellation and a new registration.
